bte999 Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

This document forms a legally binding agreement between the bte999 platform (www.bte999.cam) and its users. By registering on bte999 or using the platform, you automatically accept all the terms and conditions listed below in full. Do not use the platform without reading these terms.

bte999 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

In addition to these terms, bte999's privacy policy and responsible gaming guidelines also apply. Together, all these documents form the complete agreement.

2 Account Registration and Personal Information

To create an account on bte999, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. An account opened with false information may be cancelled at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.1 One Person — One Account

Only one account is permitted per individual or household. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all of them will be fully cancelled and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to bte999 support immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

bte999 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This may require you to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

At the time of registration you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are accessing the platform from Bangladesh or an approved region. bte999 may request supporting documents to verify your age.

Employees and their family members may not participate on bte999. Even if a technical or software error allows an account to be created, this does not grant the right to participate.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on bte999 is ৳300 (applicable to all payment methods). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Only use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits via third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only
• Withdrawals should be made to the same method used for the deposit (where possible)

4.3 Transaction Limits

bte999 may impose daily or weekly limits on transactions as needed. In the case of suspicious transactions, bte999 may request additional documents and suspend the process.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you ৳2,000 to play with. Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving you ৳17,000 in total.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement
• The expiry period for each bonus will be stated separately in the respective offer
• bte999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonuses

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed on the offer page. Bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or strategic betting (i.e., hedging bets to guarantee a positive EV) will be treated as a breach of terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless bte999 cancels it due to a technical error. Sufficient funds must be available in the user's balance at the time of placing a bet.

6.2 Odds and Results

bte999 provides fair and transparent odds. Event results are determined based on official announcements by the relevant authority. In the event of an odds display error, bte999 reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.

6.3 Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or concluded before the minimum required time has elapsed, bets on that event may be declared void and the original stake may be refunded. This decision is at the discretion of bte999.

6.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

If unusual betting patterns, match-fixing, or misuse of information is suspected, bte999 may suspend the relevant bets and account pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account
• Registering with false identity or documents
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to bte999 systems
• Abusing bonus terms (bonus strapping or arbitrage)
• Deceiving or harassing other users
• Unauthorised use of bte999 trademarks or intellectual property

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bte999's Rights

bte999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of terms.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. You have the right to receive any legitimate balance back.

8.3 Forfeiture of Funds

In proven cases of breach of terms — particularly fraud, multiple accounts, or money laundering — all funds in the relevant account may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

bte999 believes in responsible gaming. We want our users to play for entertainment and not become victims of addiction. If you feel you are losing control over your gaming, please contact us.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Disruptions

bte999 is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, network outages, server downtime, or any other reason. However, we always aim to restore service as quickly as possible.

11.2 Betting Losses

Winning and losing are both a normal part of online betting and casino games. bte999 is not financially liable for your betting losses. It is assumed that you are playing with full awareness of this risk.

11.3 Third-Party Services

bte999 is not directly liable for failures in payment processing, game software, or other third-party services. However, we work with these parties to reach a resolution as quickly as possible.

12 Changes to Terms and Notification

bte999 reserves the full right to change, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised.

For significant changes, an attempt may be made to notify users via their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your consent to the new terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
